Creative Producer — Generative AI [CDI]
Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.
We are looking for a Creative Producer — Generative AI to build and own a new content production stream at Typology and explore what becomes possible when AI tools are blended in the creative process.
This is not a production support role. It is a research, experimentation, and production role for someone who is genuinely excited about the frontier of AI-generated video, synthetic voices, and generative creative — and who can translate that excitement into conversion-ready ad assets.
You will work within the Art team, reporting to the Head of Creative and collaborating closely with Acquisition and Market teams. Your scope is to build a distinct stream that expands our creative output without duplicating what already exists.
Your scope
Creative experimentation & performance loop
Work with the Acquisition team to design a structured testing framework for AI-generated formats: what hypotheses are being tested, what the data shows, and what gets applied to the next cycle. Document everything. The goal is not just to produce assets, but to build institutional knowledge about what AI-generated content can and cannot do for our brand — at what cost, at what quality threshold, and at what scale.
AI-native content production
Design and produce video ad assets built primarily with AI tools — generative video, AI avatars, synthetic voiceovers, AI-driven editing workflows. Deliver quantitative and qualitative market-ready content across all markets with appropriate localization.
Tool scouting & pipeline ownership
Stay ahead of the curve on AI creative tools — generative video platforms, voice synthesis, music generation, automated editing solutions. Test, evaluate, and implement the tools that genuinely move the needle. Build and document a scalable production pipeline so that what you create is repeatable and improvable, not dependent on a single tool or workflow. Share your findings with the broader team and foster team-adoption where it makes sense.
Your profile
Must-haves
Strong creative eye and quality judgment — you can look at an AI-generated video and immediately tell whether it's good enough for Typology. You know the difference between "technically impressive" and "brand-safe." You have high standards and you're not afraid to reject your own output.
Briefing ability — you can take a commercial objective (e.g. "drive trial of our Vitamin C serum among 25-35 women in France") and turn it into a clear, specific creative brief that guides both AI tools and human collaborators. You think in terms of hooks, scripts, and visual direction before you open any tool.
Curiosity and Hands-on experience with AI video and creative tools — you have already built things with these, and you have a curiosity about the evolution of AI technologies.
Who you are
Genuinely curious about what AI can produce, and honest about where it still falls short
Interested in skincare and beauty, you understand the consumer mindset and can create content that resonates beyond aesthetics
A builder: you design systems and workflows, not just one-off outputs
Collaborative and transparent — you share learnings openly, including when experiments fail
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Acquisition, UGC, and Art teams without needing a defined boundary for every decision
Excited by the idea that this role could define what AI-native content means for a European beauty brand at scale
