Assistant Influence Manager - Japanese market [Internship - 6 months]
Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.
As we continue to grow, we still have great challenges to meet in order to make the plurality and quality of our products known to as many people as possible. With this in mind, we are looking for a talent to join us on a 6-month internship to support our brand communication team for the Japanese market. This internship will be based in Paris.
Responsibilities
Influencer Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and vet high-potential creators across social platforms (Instagram and YouTube) that align with brand values and campaign objectives for Paid Influence Campaigns and UGC.
Content Management: Support the end-to-end creative process by briefing influencers, managing production timelines, and ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
Content Review: Review influencer content drafts for accuracy and tone of voice before publication.
Campaign Performance Analysis: Assist in reviewing campaign results by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and synthesizing data into actionable insights for post-campaign reports.
Market Trend Research: Keep a pulse on social media trends and the competitive landscape to propose fresh ideas for future influencer activations.
Specific Skills
Language Proficiency: Native in Japanese. Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in French is considered a strong advantage.
Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of the influencer landscape, platform algorithms, and emerging content trends in the Japanese market.
Creative Mindset: Ability to provide constructive feedback on visual and written content with a sharp eye for detail.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with talent and agencies; professional proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Interest: A background in marketing/communications with a strong interest in the digital and beauty industry.
Legal Requirement: Must be qualified to work as an intern in France (e.g., possessing a valid Convention de Stage).
