Influence Manager - Sujet Parfums [CDI]
Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.
Location: Paris (11e arrondissement)
Mission: Good Brands, the innovative company behind Typology skincare brand, has just launched an exciting new venture in the consumer goods space: Sujet Parfums.
We are looking for an Influence Manager who thrives in a hands-on, build-from-scratch environment — someone who executes as much as they think, and who is genuinely excited about the specificities of perfume influence.
We are building something new — which means we value open-mindedness and the willingness to try things that haven't been done before over the ability to apply established best practices.
Responsibilities:
Organic sourcing & gifting: Proactively identify, reach out to, and gift on-brand influencers every month — including nano and micro profiles. This is a core, recurring part of the role.
Campaign execution: Lead creative campaigns: draft briefs, coordinate content formats (ASMR, unboxing, olfactive storytelling), ship products, and follow up until publication.
Influencer strategy input: Contribute actively to shaping the influence strategy of a brand in construction — bringing fresh ideas, testing new formats, and helping define what "influence" means for a perfume brand.
Negotiation: Negotiate deals directly with influencers and agents, with a clear sense of ROI and budget discipline.
Performance tracking: Own reporting on all activations — reach, engagement, conversions — and translate data into actionable next steps.
Community & relationship management: Build a tight circle of brand ambassadors through regular touchpoints, seedings, and events (IRL and digital).
Management: Mentor and manage a small team, combining clear direction with the ability to roll up your sleeves alongside them.
Specific skills:
TikTok & Instagram fluency: Deep understanding of both platforms content mechanics, trends, and creator ecosystem — not just as a user, but as someone who can brief and co-create content natively on the platform
Fragrance/beauty market knowledge: Familiarity with the codes, audiences, and influencer landscape specific to perfume
Hands-on execution: Comfortable managing sourcing lists, gifting logistics, and follow-ups on different tools
Project management: Ability to run multiple campaigns and organic activations simultaneously
Analytics: Proficiency in tracking performance and drawing clear conclusions
People management: Early experience managing or mentoring, with a coaching mindset
Profile:
2–4 years in an influence role, with at least partial experience in beauty or perfume
Demonstrable platforms expertise — either through campaigns run or a genuine personal understanding of the platforms' culture
Proven track record of doing — sourcing, gifting, executing
Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where processes are still being built
Native-level of French, fluent English
