Country Launch Coordinator — Italian Market [Permanent Contract]
Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.
Location: Paris
Start date: Q2 2026
Mission:
As Typology continues its international expansion, Italy is a key strategic market. Our ambition is to build a strong, credible and desirable local presence, making the brand and the quality of our products known to a wide Italian audience, while staying true to our DNA of transparency, efficacy and minimalism.
This role is about building our Italian presence from the ground up. You'll define how Typology enters the Italian market, who we talk to, which creators we partner with, and what the brand sounds and feels like to an Italian audience.
Your primary lever is influence - a high-performance mix of organic creator partnerships, paid collaborations, and press visibility. Credibility over volume: we're not looking for reach at any cost, but for the right voices that will make Typology mean something in Italy. Your measure of success is simple: does the Italian market know who Typology is, and are they buying?
This role is a foundational position with strong growth potential.
What You'll Build
An Italian influence ecosystem — built on credibility
Build and manage a curated network of Italian KOLs and creators aligned with Typology's values: credibility, expertise and authenticity over reach. You identify the right voices, build the relationships, negotiate the deals, own the budget, and report the results.
A credible press presence Identify and brief the right Italian PR partners. Introduce Typology to key journalists and media and secure consistent, high-quality press coverage on the long run. Every press hit should reinforce Typology's positioning as the credible, science-backed alternative in a market saturated with aspirational beauty brands.
A locally excellent brand experience Ensure the Italian version of Typology feels native, not translated. Oversee tone of voice, content adaptation, CRM, and local merchandising. You are the internal voice of the Italian consumer : if something feels off, you flag it and fix it.
A performance dashboard that drives decisions Track brand awareness, creator performance, first orders, and NPS from day one. Build structured insights and recommendations that will be used to decide whether, and how fast, to scale.
What We'll Measure You On
Speed and quality of the first Italian creator partnerships signed
Reach generated in the first 6 months
Quality and volume of press coverage secured
Brand awareness growth tracked through social signals and customer data
Your ability to build a repeatable playbook others could follow
Profile & Skills
Native-level Italian speaker, flawless written Italian, fluent professional English. Non-negotiable : applications without this will not be reviewed.
Previous experience in country management, influence partnerships or brand communications, with at least one role where you owned results independently : not as part of a large team.
You have owned and managed budgets independently : in any field. You know how to allocate, track, adjust and report on spending to hit a target. Please mention the types of budgets you've managed and their scale in your cover note.
You are fluent in performance metrics: CPM, ROI, engagement rates, conversion rates, etc.
You are comfortable working in a lean environment: no big agency support, no large internal team, high autonomy and high accountability.
