DACH Junior Paid Influence Manager - F/M/D - [Permanent]
Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.

Mission:
As we continue to grow the brand in the DACH Market, we are on a mission to make the brand and quality of our products known to as many people as possible. With this in mind, we are looking to expand our team by recruiting a paid influence manager.
Responsibilities :
- Influence Collaborations: Scale up our paid and organic influence collaborations in the German market
- Influencer Campaigns: Oversee end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, including seeding, negotiation, planning, briefing creation, monitoring, and performance analysis
- Campaign Performance: Report and analyze the performance of our campaigns and activations (quantitative and qualitative) to improve ROI & CPA
- New Brand Representatives: Constantly find new faces to represent our brand with the goal of identifying the best performers and turning them into loyal long-term partners
- Budget: Manage a monthly growing budget for customer acquisition across multiple platforms
- Brand Vision: Transfer our brand vision into influencer briefings, leaflets, and gifting initiatives
- Events for Influencers: Take a lead role in organizing small events for influencers and managements in collaboration with your team.
- Opportunities: Remain up to date with industry trends, news, and competitor activities while identifying strategic opportunities for Typology.
Specific Skills :
- Native proficiency in German and fluent in English
- First experience working as an Influence Manager, preferably for D2C brands within the beauty/fashion or lifestyle sectors
- Strong negotiation skills that you can apply for existing and new partners across various budget levels
- Growth mindset, with a track record of successfully expanding paid influencer initiatives for either a company or clients
- Strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of key performance indicators (KPIs) for effective budget management and performance optimization (ROI & CPO).
- You enjoy building strong long-term relationships with Managements, Influencers and Creators of all sizes
- Genuine enthusiasm for social media trends, particularly on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Good insights and solid network within the German Influencer and Creator Community (preferably in the Beauty/Fashion/Lifestyle Industry)
- Detail oriented: you dont lose sight of the small but meaningful details, while overseeing big campaigns
