Influence Manager - New Brand [CDI]
Good Brands, the innovative company behind the successful Typology skincare brand, is launching an exciting new venture in the consumer goods space. Founded by entrepreneur Ning Li, this upcoming brand aims to disrupt its target market with a digital-first approach, premium quality products, and a commitment to sustainability. As we prepare for a global launch, we're seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of this groundbreaking brand.
Location: Paris (11e arrondissement)
Mission: We will have great challenges to meet in order to make the quality of our products known to as many people as possible. With this in mind, we are looking for an Influence Manager to contribute to the success of the launch of this new brand.
As first member of the influence team of this New Brand, your responsibilities are :
- Contribute to building an influence strategy: Help design the influence strategy of a new brand,
- Sourcing and seeding: Source, gift, and follow-up new on-brand influencers every month,
- Negotiation: Negotiate the best deals with influencers and/or influencers’ agents,
- Influencer campaign strategy and execution: Execute strong and creative campaigns with our influencers. Craft the creative briefs, ship the products, and follow up the influencers,
- Performance analysis and reporting: Analyze all the operations and improve for future campaigns,
- Relationship management: Develop a group of Brand Ambassadors for regular seedings and activations (including meet-ups and events) and maintain relationships with the influencers who post about the brand regularly.
Specific skills:
- Market familiarity : in-depth knowledge on the social media / influencer landscape,
- Project management : ability to execute multiple campaigns in parallel,
- Analytics : knowledge of tracking, web analytics and tools (CPM, ROI, audience measuring tools such as Google Analytics, ability to manage and keep track of a budget),
- Growth mindset : has proven experience in scaling the brand for the company or clients,
- Commercial & relational : ability to negotiate contracts but also create a deep connection with key contacts,
- Creativity : ability to bring innovation to our influence campaigns with creative concepts and a solid knowledge of the influencer marketing market and trends.
Profile:
- 2-4 years of full-time experience in influence management, preferably within the beauty/fashion or lifestyle sectors
- Previous experience, or strong interest in the perfume or the beauty sector
- Genuine enthusiasm for social media trends, particularly on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, X and TikTok
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical/reporting skills
- Experience in the fast paced environment
- Native proficiency in French and fluent in English
