Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.
Mission
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Influence Lead to spearhead our influencer marketing efforts across the US and French markets. This key role is responsible for crafting and executing high-performing, paid influence strategies that support our growth ambitions, drive measurable results, and elevate our brand presence across both territories.
Key Responsibilities
1/ Lead Paid Influence Strategy & Execution
Design and execute robust paid influencer strategies tailored to the US and French markets. Define a high-performing influence activation calendar aligned with brand priorities and product launches. Own influencer budget planning and ensure optimal ROI on all paid collaborations.
2/ Drive Campaign Performance & Process Excellence
Oversee the end-to-end management of paid influencer campaigns by your team, from briefing to reporting. Use data-driven insights to constantly optimize targeting, messaging, formats, and partnerships. Upgrade tooling and processes to scale operations and improve impact across regions.
3/ Collaborate with PR & Organic Influence Stakeholders
Collaborate with the PR and organic influence team players to align organic activities with overall brand communication plans. Support gifting and ambassador programs that amplify paid strategies and help you identify new potential partners.
4/ Manage & Motivate a High-Performing Team
Lead a multicultural team of 6-8 professionals with excellence and empathy. Foster a performance culture rooted in strategic thinking, creativity, and cross-market collaboration.

Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in paid influencer campaigns
- Proven track record in managing influencer budgets and scaling operations for growth
- Strong analytical mindset: CPM, ROI, tracking tools, and audience segmentation
- Management experience in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Deep understanding of the US and/or French digital ecosystems
- Fluent in English and French
