HR Associate [CDI]
Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.
Location: Paris (11e arrondissement)
Mission: As an HR Associate, you’ll ensure smooth and reliable HR operations across payroll, administration, legal, training, HR systems, and recruitment for our retail team. You're both methodical and people-driven, combining rigor with a service mindset. Your role is essential to guarantee compliance, empower teams, and keep our HR engine running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. Personnel Administration
- Oversee leave, absences, and time-off tracking
- Manage employee benefits (health insurance, provident scheme, meal vouchers)
- Draft and update employment contracts, amendments, and onboarding declarations
- Track probation periods and ensure HR compliance (personnel registers, etc.)
- Manage the relationship with the OPCO and oversee training fundings
- Organise the logistics of training sessions
2. Payroll & Compensation
- Manage monthly payroll with our payment system Payfit
- Collect payroll variables and ensure accurate reporting
- Conduct payroll bulletin checks
- Participate in compensation and salary policy processes
- Monitor legal updates related to labor laws and regulations
- Help prepare BDES reports and other legal documentation
3. Talent Acquisition
- Pre-qualify candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Specific skills:
- Strong understanding of French labor law and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and digital HR tools
- Solid command of Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.)
- Comfortable working with HR data and reporting (payroll, headcount, turnover...)
- Fluent in French and English
Profil
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist or coordinator role
- Worked in fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, proactive, discreet, and solution-oriented
