Mission
You will be responsible for shaping the product of a new brand, and develop perfumes while contributing to all stages of its launch in the coming months.
You will play a key role in the success of the launch of a new brand, while working on the long term vision of a larger product catalog.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy: Develop a clear vision and roadmap for the perfume portfolio, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer expectations, and business goals.
- Lead product development: Collaborate with perfumers, designers, and suppliers to create innovative and market-leading fragrances that embody the brand’s identity while insuring regulatory compliance.
- Manage supplier relationships: Communicate and build relationships with various suppliers essential for the product range
- Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as supply chain, communication, and creative teams, to ensure successful product launches.
- Manage project timelines and budgets: Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop pricing and profitability strategies: Conduct pricing analysis to establish competitive pricing while meeting profitability targets.
- Monitor and optimize product performance: Track sales and consumer feedback, making data-driven recommendations to improve product positioning and lifecycle management.
- Conduct market research and analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for new product development or portfolio enhancement.

- Strong knowledge of the perfume industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in market research tools and data analysis.
Profile
- Master’s degree in Product development, Business, or a related field; a background in Chemistry or Cosmetic Science is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the fragrance, beauty, or premium goods sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and monitoring performance.
- Experience in pricing and unit economics analysis.
- A passion for the perfume industry and a deep understanding of what drives consumer engagement.
