Influence & Press Lead - FR & US Markets [CDI]
Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.
Location: Paris (11e arrondissement)
Mission: We are seeking an exceptional Influence & Press Lead to drive our strategic efforts across the US and French markets. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive influence and press strategies that will drive performance and amplify our brand presence.
Key responsibilities, on both markets:
1/ Oversee Influence Strategies
Design and implement high-impact influencer marketing strategies, both paid and organic, aligned with business objectives. Define a strategic influence calendar across key markets, ensuring optimal budget allocation and measurable ROI.
2/ Optimize Influence Campaigns for Performance & Growth
Oversee campaign execution, leading your team in managing, analyzing, and optimizing performance. Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to refine strategies, upgrade tooling, maximize impact, and drive continuous improvement.
3/ Drive High-Impact PR Initiatives
Lead and shape our global PR approach, working with a dedicated Press Officer for France and a PR agency for the U.S. Deploy a targeted yet scalable gifting strategy to secure extensive media coverage and brand credibility.
4/ Lead & Inspire a Multicultural Team
Manage and empower a high-performing, multicultural team of 6-8 professionals, fostering collaboration, strategic execution, and innovation to drive brand visibility and influence.

Specific Skills
- Performance driven: you have a proven experience in scaling paid operations for a company or clients
- Analytics: knowledge of influence analytics and tools (tracking, CPM, ROI, audience measuring), ability to manage and keep track of a budget
- Management: experience in managing a multicultural team
- Fluent in English and French
Profile
- 5+ years of experience
- Has worked in a fast paced environment
- Has a deep knowledge of US or FR social and press landscape (or both)
